Keeping Up With Mrs. Smith

When a perfectionist moves into a fixer-upper…

Two Years Old!

Print Friendly

This little corner of the web where I like to share my tales turns two years old this month!  I started this blog right after we moved into our fixer-upper, and since that time I have progressed from sharing stories about how I assess people butts to sharing recipes, house tips and, well, I guess that’s it.

It means a lot to me that you, the reader, have shared in my journey through this crazy process of home (and self) renovation.  Therefore, I would like to say:

1. MUCHAS GRACIAS!

2. MERCI BEAUCOUP!

3. ARIGATOU GOZAIMASU!

4. VODKA!

5. and THANK YOU!!

I would also like to thank Bridget over at Bake Affairs for nominating me for the Inspiring Blogger Award(If you have a hankering for the perfect dessert, check out this Swiss chick’s site!)

I would also like to thank Amy at Afternoon Popcorn Snack for nominating me for the Versatile Blogger Award(Warning: Reading her blog will make you very hungry!)

Now, because the rules of receiving blogger awards requires it, I must share 7 facts about myself:

Once again, I appreciate you all for stopping by my Tales!!  And since there are so many other inspiring bloggers out there, I would like to nominate the following for this award:

Crafty Farm Girl

Jimmy Cracked Corn

Everyday Lovely

Write Right

Bohemian Hellhole

This (sorta) Old Life

The Appetizer

Afternoon Popcorn Snack

Here’s to many more years!

P.S.

If you subscribe today, I’ll consider it a birthday gift.  :)
